In her article, 7 Keys to “Make EBPs Stick:” Lessons From the Field, Faye Taxman discusses seven organizational strategies to sustain EBP efforts.

For your submission, review the seven organizational strategies and select the three most important strategies from your perspective. For your essay, first provide a summary of one of the strategies. Then explain how the strategy can be utilized to benefit EACH of the components individually. Follow this format for the other two strategies. Provide specific examples to support your points.
